To open an individual taxable account, the minimum is $100. To open a traditional or Roth IRA, the minimum is $500.

It's also essential to understand the higher level of risk involved in investing in a portfolio composed of a few stocks chosen by individuals rather than ETFs that may include hundreds of stocks and track an industry or index. It's been shown that it's harder for people to outperform the market over time. As a consequence, many actively managed funds underperform the market as a whole over time.

If you're well-diversified and want to put a portion of your portfolio into a higher-risk option with the potential to beat the market, you might be interested in letting Titan Invest actively manage some of your money.

Earnings

Titan Invest Historial Earnings

According to Titan, the Flagship strategy has a 9.8% average annualized return and outperformed the S&P 500 in some years as well as several other popular robo-advisors like Stash. However, there is no guarantee that your assets will produce the same rate of return in the future.

After all, whenever you invest, there is always a chance that you may lose money. The danger of losing money when investing in only a few stocks is greater than with an ETF. However, the potential upside is also higher.

Your earnings will ultimately be determined by how the assets you're invested in do, the amount of risk you're willing to take, and the fees you pay. To help subsidize the management fees, Titan does allow you to earn commissions by referring your friends and family.

You could get between $25 and $20,000 invested in any of the available strategies Titan offers if your referral successfully signs up and deposits. Titan provides a 100-day trial period for each eligible referral to utilize the platform for free with no management fees.

Titan Vs M1 Finance

The main difference between Titan and M1 Finance is that Titan is an actively managed service that acts like a hedge fund while M1 Finance is not. This means that Titan will charge you a fee for their services, while M1 Finance will not. However, both platforms offer a wide range of investment options and features. We recommend Titan to anyone who does not want to individually pick the stocks in their portfolio and just let a professional asset manager do this at a fraction of the cost traditional hedge funds charge.

Titan Vs Wealthfront

Wealthfront is a robo-advisor that offers a variety of features and options for investors. However, there are some key differences between Titan and Wealthfront. Titan offers a more hands-off approach – similar to that of a hedge fund -while Wealthfront still allows you to add individual stocks, ETFs, etc. to your portfolio if you want. Additionally, Wealthfront does charge a lower management fee, but Titan's returns on investment have historically been higher than Wealthfronts'.

Titan Vs. Acorns

Acorns is a micro-investing app that rounds up your spare change and invests it for you. Acorns also offers more account types like custodial accounts. However, Titan offers a more managed experience with more in-depth learning materials and faster support. Titan is also better suited for more experienced investors due to the asset classes you can invest in, while Acorns is a great option for beginners with lower budgets.
